I am so glad you've found Uncommon Color!
I am not a fashionista. I care about quality, but I'm not brand-conscious. I can't tell you who wore whom on the red carpet or what young designers are up-and-coming. I wear makeup often, but my collection is quite small. I love glamour, but I'm intoxicated with minimalism.
I have nothing against ornate and beautiful clothes; I believe the more beauty in the world, the better. But when it comes to the image of a human being, my definition of beauty is harmony: repeating the colors and styles already in you to further a healthy, connected, organized, energized, dignified version of yourself.
To put it simply, my goal is to help you look as good as possible as easily as possible.
I have been an image consultant since I was first trained as a personal color analyst in 2013, and I've learned that image work is best done alongside inner work. I am also a personal development coach (see monicagill.com).
I have worked with men and women of various ages, occupations, and ethnicities, and I would be honored to help you find the harmony and confidence that a cohesive personal style brings. Please look around and feel free to email me if you have any questions.
